We are situated about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the town centre of Boston. We offer off road parking, and an alarmed garage facility for bicycles and motorcycles. We have a secure rear garden.

We are in a quiet location but close to many of the local sports venues. We offer guests a variety of extras that you do not normally find when you stay in a bed and breakfast. A full English breakfast is included in the price of the rooms but all special dietary needs are catered for if mentioned at the time of booking.

All the following are for all guests to use if they choose. We do offer room only rates.

We have 2 single basic rooms. 2 Twin/king En-suite rooms.
1 large family En-suite room that will sleep up to 7 adults with its own entrance and kitchenette.

We are close to the Boston Rowing club.
We have a busy market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You are only 1hr away from the cities of Lincoln and Peterborough. Skegness is only 45 mins away, with its beautiful sandy beaches.

We have two RSPB sites close by. We have the seal colony at Donna Nook which is only 1hr.30 away. This is a amazing site to see during November and December.
We are situated only 45 minutes from Woodhall Spa with the famous Dam Busters memorial. We are in the centre of Fens.

We are 30 mins from the Lincolnshire Wolds.
We have several RAF bases in the county.

We are close to the cycle routes, woodland trust walks. Our Town has lots of links with America and the pilgrim Fathers Memorial is only a short drive.
