Mark and Emma welcome you to Sunset House.We are located on the main A52 at Friskney, 12 miles north of Boston 9 miles south of skegness.

We have one double room in our adjoining ground floor annexe with tv, tea & coffee making facilities and wireless internet access. The room has its own en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Access through to our large conservatory which also serves as the dining and lounge area exclusively for guest use. With views across the open landscape and access into the garden area. Free off road parking, pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Full English Breakfast, or your choice from the varied breakfast menu is served with a genuine smile every morning in the bright and spacious conservatory. There are also a wide selection of breakfast cereals, as much toast, jam and marmalade as you can eat, and as much chilled fresh orange juice and tea/coffee as you can drink!

Full Central Heating, Late Keys allowing access at all times.

Sunset House is an ideal base for visits to the seaside at Skegness, Ingoldmells .
Further north up the coast is Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea, Chapel St Leonards and Anderby creek.

We have fishing next door at Greenhaven and a 5 minute car ride to the Parrot Zoo at Friskney.

We are located on the Licolnshire Fens so getting around by bicycle is very easy going. we can store your cycles in our garage if you wish.

Friskney has two Pubs which both serve food . The Barley Mow and The Anchor. Both about 1.5 miles away. The Anchor is popular with motorcyclist who are welcome at sunset house anytime.
