Havenhouse Farm

Havenhouse Farm is a family run, rural bed and breakfast with licensed bar and restaurant.

We have four bed and breakfast rooms; a family en-suite which sleeps four (cot also available), two twin rooms and one double room, sharing a shower room.
Each room is tastefully furnished and equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, freeview TV and VCR.

We have a library of videos for your entertainment

The small bar is well stocked and we offer over 40 flavours of our own unique 'Smokey Joe' vodka shots!

Our conservatory breakfast room doubles up as an evening restaurant offering a wide variety of tasty hearty home cooked food (booking essential in peak season)

We are located only 3/4 mile from the A52 and four miles from the popular seaside resort of Skegness and we are close to other attractions such as Gibralter Point nature reserve, Fantasy Island and Skegness stockcar stadium.

Havenhouse Farm has lake and river fishing on site. The River Steeping runs by the campsite and we have our own well stocked, private seven peg fishing lake with Carp up to 15 pounds!

Camping and touring caravans are welcome on our little site, we have space for around twelve touring caravans and around eight tents.
A limited number of electric hook ups are available.

The site has a washing up area for campers, a small toilet block as well as a shower block and the usual chemical toilet point.

Havenhouse Farm also has a Self catering barn conversion (sleeps six) available, adapted for disabled access and with a wet room.
