Pine Lodge

Pine Lodge is a beautiful house situated in the middle of the Lincolnshire Wolds with stunning views over undulating countryside. It is ideal for a family break or a romantic getaway.

Set in the village of Tetford deep within the Lincolnshire Wolds this area is well known for its scenic countryside, panoramic views and old English pubs. Country paths abound, taking you from hostelry to hostelry to sample the local ales and of course, the famous Lincolnshire sausages and pork pies, so there is plenty to keep you busy and local traditional food to keep you going.

It boasts an indoor swimming pool and sauna. There is plenty to do for all ages: for the kids we have a playroom and a pirate ship in our 3 acre garden. For the adults we have a pool table, table tennis table, karaoke and Sky TV in our shared lounge. We also have 2 further lounges for people to relax in both with TV's and stereos so you will never feel overcrowded. The house has free WiFi throughout.

Accommodation
We have 6 bedrooms for Bed and Breakfast hire comprising:

One king size room which is our master bedroom. This has an en-suite with the luxury of a Jacuzzi and steam shower.

One double room with an en-suite shower room and separate toilet (just outside the bedroom).

Three twin room two with en-suite shower rooms and one with a bath and shower.

One large family room with 2 double beds and a spare mattress. This has a large en-suite shower room.

We have 2 cots which we can set up on request.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to cater for themselves for lunch and dinner. We have plenty of fridge and freezer space and all cooking equipment is supplied. Tea and coffee is supplied in the kitchen. Please note it is a shared kitchen so storage of any food or drink is at your own risk. We ask all residents to leave the kitchen as they found it after use. Alternatively the local pub offers a fantastic menu and will do take away fish and chips on request. The local town of Horncastle is only 6 miles away and has a large choice of restaurants and pubs. We also have a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Pre-booking is essential. As the house is also used for exclusive hire we ask people to call for bookings.
