The Swallows

We are recently renovated our home to a high standard, we have a good sized rear garden for yours and your pets comfort including BBQ and table and chairs, for those summer evening drinks. There are country walks and a beautiful 20-mile long beach to enjoy.

We are not short of places to visit; there are numerous eateries and watering holes for you to sample. We may be flat here in Lincolnshire, but trust me your always on top of the world, with gorgeous sun rises and sun sets, pretty rolling hills in the wolds, and fun fairs, sanctuaries, and medieval towns, and churches all around us.

Farley and Annie came to live here in 2013, we love the village of Sandi lands, and although we first thought it a quite place to live we soon found ourselves caught up in all it has to offer. There are street fairs, golf tournaments, and tennis week. Beach races in the winter, not to forget the seals birthing at Donna Nook every year, that you really must come and see, it is amazing!

You could almost touch the babies they are so close, and you cant miss them, there are hundreds. This all happens between October- to December. We have art classes and painting exhibitions {all local work but very diverse} a weekly craft fair in Sutton-on-sea all locally made, by some really talented crafters.

We decided to try our hand at bed and breakfast for the first time this year, as our bungalow is quite large, and we love meeting new people, hopefully new friends and who knows maybe from all over the world. Your stay will meet your high expectation in our clean friendly home and were we can accommodate your needs.
