Large Victorian family home offers 2 rooms, one double with superking and one twin . Ideal for professional guests, families or friends. Both rooms are £70 (£60 for single occupancy).

Both rooms offer TV/freeview, WiFi access and include coffee/tea making facilities. They are on the second floor, giving fantastic views over the rooftops of Kingston, and they share the guest bathroom. Please note that as the rooms are located on the second floor, this accommodation may not be suitable for some people.

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room, continental during the week and cooked at weekends when requested at a £5 supplement.

It is a 5 minute walk to both Kingston Town centre and Richmond Park. Good transport links into Central London (Waterloo 25 mins), M4, M3 and M25. Ideally located for Hampton Court Palace and the RHS flower show, Wimbledon Tennis, Kingston University, Richmond Park and Kingston Hospital. Also close to 4 race courses, Espom, Sandown Park, Kempton Park and Ascot. Great location for parents visiting local schools, and Kingston Hospital is literally round the corner.

There are a great many local restaurants to chose from, gastro pubs and most types of ethnic within walking distance, Jamie Oliver's in Kingston (10 minute direct bus route), Petersham Nurseries - newly Michelin starred - (20 minute direct bus). The French Table in Surbiton (10 minute taxi ride) was runner up on the recent Gordon Ramsey 'Best Local Restaurant' programme.

Kingston, Richmond and Wimbledon all boast wonderful theatres as well as being great centres for retail therapy.
