We are a family run guest house opposite Debdale Park, a warm friendly welcome awaits all.

We have the luxury of free of road parking. (a premium in Manchester) and if required leave your car here while you visit the surrounding areas as we are on a very good public transport network.

We are within easy reach of Manchester city centre, Stockport, Salford, Denton and Ashton under Lyne and can easily be found just 1 mile from jnt 24 M60 and jnt 1 M67.

All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, digital TV and wash basin. We have single rooms, double rooms, twin and family rooms and to make things easy we charge per person not per room. Hair dryers and irons are available but not in the rooms just ask and they are supplied.

Breakfast is optional and there is a choice of large or smaller breakfast, which includes cereal, toast juice, cooked breakfast toast and preserves (vegetarian menu available upon request). If you are hungry we do offer a large variety of snacks although we are within easy reach of some restaurants and pubs serving food daily.

We are located just one mile from Belle Vue Greyhound Stadium, one and half miles from Sports City - local taxi companies look after our guests if required. Discounts available for weekly stays and also long stays.

Most major credit/debit card accepted - a deposit is required to secure a booking and all bookings are confirmed via emails. Large parties catered for. Free parking is available while you go on holiday *terms and conditions apply.
