Welcome to the Seashells, a family run guesthouse in the centre of Great Yarmouth.

Winners of the bronze award for flowers in bloom 2007 we are a small guest house that is pet friendly (small dogs welcome). Enjoy your breakfast in our nautical themed dining room with a large fish tank plus your own table. A choice of no less than ten cereals followed by a full freshly cooked English breakfast plus toast and tea or coffee.
Our guest rooms consist of 3 single rooms with a shared shower and toilet. Own sink in room along with colour TV with Freeview, tea/coffee maker, biscuits, chocolates, hairdryer, fan, towels, toiletries, radio alarm clock and central heating. Rooms from £18 - £27 per room per night.
Our Family room en-suite has a super king size bed and a single bed plus a 26' lcd tv with Freeview and dvd player, Also a play station 2 on a separate TV screen plus tea/coffee maker, biscuits, chocolates, hairdryer, fan, radio alarm clock, towels, toiletries and central heating. Rooms from £50 - £75 per room per night.
Our Lilium room en-suite has a super king size bed, 21' TV with Freeview and dvd player. Also in the room is a dressing table, chocolates, biscuits, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, fan, towels, toiletries, mini fridge, radio alarm clock and central heating. Room from £40 - £60 per room per night.
The Poppy room en-suite has a super king size bed, 26' LCD TV with Freeview dvd player. Also in the room is a hairdryer, dressing table, fan. tea/coffee maker, radio alarm clock, biscuits, mints, tissues, central heating plus a mini fridge with a bottle of wine, orange juice and a box of chocolates on arrival. The large en-suite is separate from the bedroom and has towels, full size toiletries and bathrobes. From £50 - £70 per room per night.
Twin room en-suite 21' TV with Freeview and dvd player. Also in the room is a dressing table, chocolates, biscuits, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, fan, towels, toiletries, mini fridge, radio alarm clock and central heating. Room from £40 - £60 per room per night.
