Sherbourne House is a privately run Georgian country house, built around 1740, which offers an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation for all our guests.

Located in the historic market town of Attleborough, Norfolk, Sherbourne House is ideally placed for Norwich, Thetford, Netterton Motor Racing Circuit, and places of interest in the Breckland area including Thetford Forest, Old Buckenham airfield, Bressingham, Wymondham, The Broads and the coast. Cambridge is only 1 hour away, with Stansted Airport a little further. All in all a good location!

There is ample car parking within the grounds of the house.

There are 8 ensuite bedrooms, 7 Double/Twin rooms and one single room. They all have the usual amenities such as Freeview TV, Tea and Coffee Facilities.

The menu at The Restaurant at Sherbourne House reflects seasonal availability and provides a good selection of freshly prepared dishes.
We can also cater for special dietary needs.

As far as possible our food is sourced locally and prepared - for instance most of our herbs now come out of the garden! Our meat is supplied by DJ Barnhard Meats, a local farmer and butcher.

You can enjoy a drink from the bar in our light flooded conservatory or in summer on the lawn.

We are situated within five minutes walk of Attleborough centre, 10 minutes from the Railway Station.
