The White Horse at Overstrand

The White Horse is a newly renovated Inn, Restaurant and Bed & Breakfast, situated in the quiet coastal village of Overstand. We are two miles from Cromer, a busy family seaside resort. Close by are the pretty market towns of Holt, Sheringham and Aylsham.

There are three Golf Courses within a twenty minute drive, Cromer being the nearest about two minutes by car. The National Trust properties at Blickling and Felbrigg are also within twenty minutes, with Holkham Hall, Oxburgh and Sandringham all within easy reach by car.

There is a good local Train Service, with the nearest station in Cromer. The Norfolk Broads are close by and the beautiful Cathedral City of Norwich about forty minutes by car.

There is full disabled access to the property on the Ground Floor, with a disabled toilet. Each Room has en-suite facilities, a welcome pack of hot and cold drinks and biscuits. The Rooms are all decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Each has a flat screen TV, hairdryer and a new and well-equipped bath or shower room.

Our Restaurant has a growing reputation. All of the ingredients are locally sourced each ingredient bought in, in it's most natural or raw form and all hand prepared, in our kitchen from the bread to the pasta, the sauces, the ice cream!
