Manor Farm is a late Georgian period house set in spacious gardens with ample parking and offers luxurious accommodation at affordable prices.

We welcome a variety of guests including families with well behaved school age children from 4 years upwards. Our breakfast menu is extensive using local produce and our own free range eggs. We try and cater for all diets.

We provide a quiet seating area overlooking the front garden which has a tropical fish tank and a selection of books to suit all ages, including bird watching books/magazines and our own bird report book.

Cycling: (National Cycle Route 1 Passes our entrance) cycle storage available.
Walking: close to the Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coast Path.
Bird Watching: Titchwell, Cley, Holkham and many other reserves.
Sailing: with tuition available from Oceanus near the harbour.
Gillying: (it's not only the children who enjoy fishing for crabs on the Quay!)
Beach Holidays: miles of fine golden sand backed by dunes and pine forests.
