Accommodation is offered in the form of ten bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. Each room has its own individual character and is equipped with everything to make your stay with us a comfortable and enjoyable one, along with a hearty breakfast that you'll spend the whole day working off! There's a garden to sit out in, complete with a sun-trapped deck...

Arch House is a few minutes walk from the beautiful Harbour, shops and Pubs, as well as the Georgian green (The Buttlands) and the expansive tree lined beaches of Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea.

We are ideally placed as a base for Bird watching with the Reserves at Cley, Pensthorpe and Titchwell all within easy reach.

For walkers there is the Coastal Path which is well served by the Coasthopper Buses.
The Georgian town of Holt, with its wonderful shops, restaurants and pubs is worthy of a visit and only a 15 minute drive.

Fakenham, with its thriving market on Thursdays and its racecourse is only 12 miles.
The delightful coastal villages of Brancaster, Stiffkey, Cley, Blakeney are all minutes by car, as is Walsingham (Roman Catholic National Shrine of Our Lady) which has been a place of pilgrimage since medieval times, and is a charming old village.

Sandringham, half an hours drive from Wells-next-the-Sea, is the much-loved country retreat of Her Majesty the Queen, and has been the private home of four generations of British monarchs. The house is perhaps the most famous stately home in Norfolk - and certainly one of the most beautiful.

Arch House’s friendly, welcoming atmosphere makes for an easy, pleasurable stay, and a great base to explore this timeless corner of the country.
