Set in beautiful grounds, 20 acres of paddocks, fishing lakes and ponds with the use of covered pool and spa (by arrangement). Our guests enjoy the use of the drawing room with television, music and open fire in winter.

We offer 2 double un-suite rooms (one of which is on the ground floor) and 1 twin with shower un-suite and large private bathroom.
All rooms are beautifully furnished to ensure your every comfort.

Enjoy our delicious breakfast with free range eggs from our own chickens. Dereham is the heart of Norfolk and ideal tourist base with excellent restaurants and country pubs serving locally sourced food.

The coast is within easy reach and many National Trust properties are nearby too. Beautiful Norwich city is only 14 miles away. Prices: Single Room from £40 per night. Double from £60 per night. Family Room from £70 per night.
