Enjoy a relaxing break in our C18th Cottage, located in a small rural village.
Your are welcome to choose from either a Double or a Twin room. Both have Tea/Coffee facilities, TV, and a view over the front garden.
You have use of a Guest bathroom, with shower. A quiet lounge is available downstairs. Breakfast is served in the Dining room, with home made Bread & jams.
Our Garden & Patio is available for your enjoyment, you could even enjoy breakfast watching the lambs in the field.
We are only 2 mins from the local Pub, with a good restaurant where children are welcome.

Other attractions nearby include, Golf: Riding: Fishing: The Herriot centre in Thirsk is a popular place to visit. Sutton bank is the home of the Yorks Gliding club, and a pleasant walk by the 'White Horse' takes you past the end of the club runway.
The walk down to Lake Gormire give some good exercise, as it is a steep climb, but well worth it.
As keen walkers ourselves, we can give advice on walks on the Moors, or the Dales, and point you in the right direction.
The historic city of York, with its many sites and museums is only a 20-minute drive, or take the train from Either Thirsk or Northallerton.
The North Yorks Moors Steam Railway is a 40min drive, and historic steam trains run a regular schedule through the hills & valleys of the area.
A little further on is the seaside resort of Scarborough.
