Welcome to Five Acre View Bed and Breakfast, a traditional stone built cottage, set in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors, with spectacular views across the valley of Rosedale and boasting our own private fishing.

A warm welcome awaits you in our lovely home, which blends traditional charm with modern day comfort and a relaxing family atmosphere.

Accommodation - Bed and breakfast accommodation is in either our family room or double room, both of which are en-suite and afford beautiful uninterrupted views across the valley. Our bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, with local hand made pine furniture, and decorated in traditional cottage style, with all the modern comforts. Guest rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, television and lots of little extras which will hopefully make your stay just perfect.

Pet Friendly - Dog baskets, bowls, special towels and bed throws are provided for guests bringing their family pet along with an information pack, with a couple of chews etc. Five Acre view is a no smoking property, however guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace.

Five Acre view is centrally located for visiting the surrounding area and for wonderful walks leading straight from our doorstep. Guests, who like their fishing, are welcome to try their luck with our river trout, on our own private stretch, a short walk from the cottage.

Five Acre View is open all year round, except for Christmas eve, Christmas Day and our annual holiday. Whenever you choose to visit, Malc, Nadine and family would like to ensure you a warm welcome.
