Bed & Breakfast Scarborough

Beautiful bed and breakfast accommodation on the private estate of Wykeham which is just a short drive to Scarborough town centre. The B&B has two spacious double rooms available.

Breakfast is served in the guest reception room and we only use locally sourced produce some of the finest available in Yorkshire.

We do not have en-suite facilities but there are two bathrooms available. One shower room and one very large bathroom with a bath. If required guest can request private use of either the shower room or bathroom.

All rooms were refurbished in July 2013 to a very high standard. The spacious rooms feature tea and coffee facilities, large beds, flat screen TV, two lounge chairs and a coffee table.

Guests have use of the reception room where they can request a specialty coffee and a nice cup of tea.

Outside the B&B you'll find plenty of off-street parking and a very large private garden overlooking a field where you'll normally find sheep running around. The B&B is a private estate and therefore it is very quiet with just the odd tractor passing by. If you fancy a walk there is a private walk around the estate, perfect if you're bringing the dog! If you plan to stay with us please note that we have a small Crocker Spaniel.

The B&B in Scarborough provides additional accommodation for those staying at the Downe Arms Hotel. Due to popular demand the hotel is often full.
