The Three Hares Inn has been run by Maureen Jeffery since 2017 and just recently renovated the upper floors to offer accommodation. We have a double room (sleeps 2 persons), plus a 2 storey flat/apartment sleeping a maximum of 10 persons (3 rooms). Kitchen with fridge/freezer/microwave/cutlery/tableware & Tea/Coffee. We provide a continental breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. All rooms have TV. Access to the pub & restaurant is only available within our serving hours. Food & drinks can be taken into the accommodation. We are easy to find just off the A64 to York, well situated for many places you might like to visit such as a day at the York Races, York Dungeon, Askham Bryan Wildlife & Conservation Park, Piglets Adventure Farm Park or shopping at York Designer Outlet or Monks Cross Shopping Park. We have a large attractive beer garden & private car park at the rear of the property which is also suitable for Motor Homes/Camper Vans.
Serving hours are Tue-Fri 12:00 till 14:30, Lunch till 14:00. Evenings 17:30 till 23:00, Dinner till 20:30. Sat 12:00 till 23:00, Lunch till 16:30, Dinner 17:30 till 20:30. Sun 12:00 till 21:00, Lunch till 15:00. Lunch & Dinner menu’s cater for Vegetarians, Gluten Free, Children and also available is a daily specials board. The Bar & Restaurant is closed all day every Monday.
We also offer Business packages which include exclusive use of our restaurant's stone room for either Lunch or Dinner and can include accommodation also, ideal for team building projects.
