All rooms are ensuite, tastefully decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. On ground floor level is a twin bedroom easily accessible. For those little extra's the executive double room can make you stay feel more like home. Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers and colour T.V are in all rooms.

Just 10 minutes walk from the city centre, and with a regular bus service running just outside the garden gate, you are never too far from the tourist attractions that York has to offer. York Minster, Jorvik Viking museum, castle museum to name a few.

Slightly further afield is Leeds for some further shopping. The east coast, Whitby, Scarborough and HeartBeat country are a great day trip out.

Whether taking the short walk or using the bus service you are invited to sit in the garden and relax after your busy day before hitting the city again to choose from the lovely restaurants and bars that are on offer. We are more than happy to recommend our favourites as well as making bookings to ensure disappointment is avoided in such a busy city.

Packed Lunches, special dietary requirements, flowers, wine or chocolates can all be arranged.

We will also be more than happy to recommend and advise to fill your time in York.

Check in times are by arrangement from 1pm - 9pm. Check out time is 10am. Free on street parking is available with permits that are provided.
