The old rectory motel is situated just 2 minutes walk from the 6 miles of Brean beach where horse riding is available. there are plenty of eating places within walking distance. There is also fishing available at the local cider farm !!!!!

The old rectory is open all year round making it an ideal place for a winter get away especially of Burnham on sea carnival in November or the sand yachting regatta on Brean beach.
Pontin s is half a mile from the old rectory Brean ideal for visiting relatives staying there.
Most of the rooms at the old rectory bed and breakfast are on the ground floor.
Brean is just 5 miles from junction 22 of the m5 then follow the b3140 through Burnham on sea past the Burnham and Berrow championship golf course through Berrow into Brean and we are 1 mile past Brean Leisure Park. The old rectory has 22 ensuite rooms.
We are the only bed and breakfast in the holiday resort of Brean.
Homemade cream teas are also served in the conservatory or in the garden.
Burnham on Sea and Weston Super Mare are just a short drive or bus ride away.
There is a children’s play area near the family rooms and an area to enjoy the sun !!!
For those visiting relatives at the nearby holiday parks we are ideally situated for this.
Wookey Hole and Wells Cathedral are also not far away. Brean down offering a lovely walk for the more adventurous.
We also have family suites these are 2 rooms with adjoining doors with 2 shower rooms and a small kitchenette.
We area situated right next to Brean church. The old rectory offers a warm and friendly welcome so why not pay us a visit and enjoy bed and breakfast or even a delicious homemade cream tea.
