Easy access to the M1 J35a/J36, Sheffield (8 miles), Barnsley (6 miles), and Meadowhall (5 miles).

Great place for a short break, cycling, walking, climbing and shopping.

Cyclists, walkers, horseriders and climbers are all very welcome - even damp and muddy ones! Secure storage and drying facilities are available. There are plenty of walks and rides from our front door for all abilities. The Pennine Trail and Timberland Trail pass through Wortley. Wortley Sporting Clays is only a short drive away.

Well behaved Dogs are welcome to stay at the Guest House.
Wortley is about 10 - 15 minutes from Stocksbridge, Oxspring, Thurgoland, Crane Moor, Tankersley, High Green, Penistone, Grenoside, Worral and Wharncliffe Side.

Shepley, Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham and Meadow Hall are about 15 - 25 minutes from Wortley.

Holmfirth, Tintwistle and Huddersfield are about 30 - 35 minutes from Wortley.
