Newmans Hall Farm Bed & Breakfast

Newmans Hall Bed and Breakfast has a total of three rooms (2 double and 1 twin). Both doubles have either an ensuite shower or bathroom with the twin having a adjoining private bathroom. Property is surrounded by gardens and includes an indoor heated swimming pool.
Blue Room

A beautiful room with views over the rolling Suffolk countryside. Not another man-made building can been see from this room. This room has a double bed and en-suite shower room. It is ideally situated next to the Twin Room.

Front Room
This is a very private suite with a double bed, ensuite bathroom and two double wardrobes. It is ideal for couples seeking total seclusion.

Twin Room

This rooms has similar view to the Blue room but with twin beds and an adjoining private bathroom Often parents staying in the Blue room next door use this room for children. A cot is available if required.

The Dining Room

A lovely room, which catches the morning sun. French windows to the patio and gardens allow guests to take breakfast outside in the peace and tranquillity of rural Suffolk.

We aim to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

In addition to the pleasant gardens in which to walk, Newmans Hall offers guests the use of a heated indoor swimming pool.

Also, in Little Waldingfield -
The Swan public house offers excellent midday and evening meals.

(Meals are not served on Mondays.)

We are only 4 miles from the beautiful picturesque small town of Lavenham and the market town of Sudbury which have several pubs and Restaurants all offering good food.

5 miles away there is the village of Long Melford, which also boasts several pubs, restaurants and a Fish & Chip shop.
