Our Bed & Breakfast accommodation is at one end of the house, fairly self-contained and comprising just one bedroom and private sitting/dining room, with its own hall/staircase leading to a spacious bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. The accommodation is furnished with a mix of antique and contemporary.
The bedroom with its four poster 5’ wide double bed, is fully carpeted and has tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview flat-screen TV and fridge. It can accommodate additional single beds if required; there is an en-suite bathroom. The sitting/dining room has a cosy wood-burning stove, Freeview flat screen TV with DVD player and lots to read! Free Wi-Fi. All rooms have central heating. Parking is opposite the house.
Lockhurst Hatch Farm is 8 miles from Guildford (40 minutes by train from Waterloo, London) and 9 miles from Dorking (40 minutes by train from Victoria, London).
We are near Shere in Surrey. There is direct bridleway and footpath access to the surrounding forest and heath, so it is ideally placed for activities such as walking, riding and cycling. The nearest pub is approximately 1.5 miles away; nearest shops and bus services are in Shere village, approximately 3 miles from the farm.
