Brilliant location for Warwickshire , Oxfordshire and the Cotswold. There are plenty of National Trust properties to keep you busy for days. Silvertone is also only a 40-minute drive from the farm.
There is plenty of character to make this a visit not to be forgotten. The site of Church Hill Farm has had a dwelling on it since the 12th Century and parts of the house date back to 1527.You will always get a warm welcome from your hosts Sue and David.
The 3 rooms in the house are very comfortable all en-suite and a drawing room with a fire for the winter months.
The house also has Wifi. The 2 rooms in the courtyard are very comfortable and have under floor heating and if you want to self cater there is a fully fitted kitchen. One of the room has a en-suite wet room so is very suitable for elderly or partially disabled.
There are plenty of footpaths on the farm and an enormous amount of wildlife to be seen , two beautiful barn owls fly most evenings in the summer months.
