Cornmill Cottage B&B offers a superb quality bed and breakfast, as well as a sizeable self-catering holiday let.

Situated in the delightful hamlet of Armscote on the edge of the Cotswolds, It features some traditional stone character buildings, stunning manor houses and pretty thatched cottages.

Armscote has its own wonderful local pub and restaurant (The Fuzzy Duck).
Being a perfect place to explore the quaint Cotswold villages including Chipping Campden and Broadway, market towns such as Moreton in Marsh and Stow on the Wold, equally close to Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon and not forgetting the many lovely walks in the surrounding countryside.

Cornmill Cottage has large spacious en-suite rooms that are all beautifully decorated with a mix of antique, vintage and contemporary pieces. All rooms have king size beds. They have tea and coffee making facilities plus lots of lovely finishing touches. Free WIFI in all rooms. Guests have use of a lounge area with comfy armchairs, lots of books, flatscreen TV and music docking station.

A wonderful 900sq ft living space that sleeps two. Freshly decorated with the same attention to detail that's used through out the house, furnished again with a mixture of antique vintage and contemporary pieces, it has its own separate small well equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom with separate WC off the main area.

TV, DVD, iPod dock, Wi-Fi internet. Your Home Stay Includes Linen and towels. Our delicious breakfast will be the perfect start for your day.

We aim to use only the finest ingredients locally sourced where possible (Talton Mill Farm Shop) Just one of the high quality farm suppliers in our area.

Enjoy our home baked bread and jams. Fruit juice, Cereals & porridge, chopped fresh fruit, yoghurt breads and toast. Our traditional English Breakfast is cooked to order.

We also offer a choice of savoury breakfast muffins, open ciabatta topped with your breakfast choice and eggs as you like. Our aim is to make breakfast a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It can be served in your room or in the delightful sun room, you choose.

Self catering can pre book breakfasts if required.
Packed lunches can also be arranged.

PAYMENT TERMS:
1 night £100 per room 2 guests sharing (£70 single occupancy) including breakfast.
2 night £90 per room 2 guests sharing
Tariff for self catering studio £100 per night, minimum 2 night stay for 2 guests.

We accept payment by cash, cheques with a personal guarantee card, Paypal and bank transfer. Debit or credit cards are not accepted.
Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 10.30am. Early bag drop available and late arrival by prior arrangement.

We will require a booking deposit equivalent to 1st night stay with the balance payable on departure. In the event of cancellations made within 7 days of the date of arrival the charge will be 50% (unless we can re-let the room), while for those cancellations made less than 48 hours before 2pm on the day of the arrival, we will charge 100%
