Main Hotel Description
Originally the first hostelry in Dudley, this is now a modern hotel that aims to offer you a great price and location, conveniently situated a few miles from the M5.

Quality Hotel Dudley offers you comfortable accommodation and location, giving you easy access to the Black Country and the West Midlands. You can relax in the hotel’s lounge bar, which serves Lavazza Coffee as well as having free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the hotel.
In the Conservatory Restaurant you can enjoy a selection of dishes from the varied menu.

There is an entertainments complex directly opposite the hotel where you can catch a movie or go bowling. There are also plenty of popular attractions nearby including the Black Country Living Museum, Dudley Zoo, Cadbury’s World and Castle. Birmingham’s famous Bull Ring and Merry Hill shopping centre are perfect places for shopping.

Food and Beverage
The newly refurbished Conservatory Restaurant offers a relaxing, informal place to enjoy an array of dishes from across the world from its a la carte menu.

The Lounge Bar is stylish and cosmopolitan, catering for people who enjoy quality drinks and cuisine, at great prices in a contemporary environment.
Featuring a 100” screen showing Sky Sports and Setanta it’s also a great place to watch ‘the match’.

Meeting and Conference
We have nine Meeting Rooms, eight with natural daylight, perfect for all requirements - from an annual sales conference, to a fast moving training course or board meeting.
Seating up to 140, the Dudley Suite is an ideal venue for a conference, seminar or banquet, while the Webb, Brierley and Stuart rooms are more suitable for business meetings or training courses.

There are four smaller rooms all perfect for interviews, syndicates or just as break out rooms. Finally the unique setting and décor of the Boardroom is ideal for executive board meeting.
The entire hotel and event guest can use our fee onsite car parking for up to 120 cars.

Situated in the heart of the Black Country, the hotel is only 2 miles from junction 2 of the M5 motorway and only 15 minutes' drive from Birmingham city centre. With a thriving tourism industry in the area as well as an entertainment complex opposite the hotel, ‘something to do’ will never be a problem. The hotel can provide all the information you need.
Directions
By Car (from the M5):
- Leave the M5 at junction 2 and take the 1st left at the roundabout.
- Take the 3rd exit off the 2nd roundabout.
- Proceed for 1.5 miles and take the 1st exit at the 3rd roundabout.
- The hotel is located about 200 yards away on the left hand side.
Travelling by Rail
Dudley Port Train Station is approximately 2 minutes away from the Quality Hotel Dudley by car.
Travelling by Bus
The Bus Station is approximately a 5-minute walk away from the Quality Hotel Dudley. Alternatively there are bus routes from the station that stops directly outside the Hotel.
Nearest Airport
Birmingham Airport is approximately 40 minutes by car. Taxi costs vary around £25.

Further information
Full payment is requested on arrival. For any special requirements such as disabled rooms or late arrivals, the hotel must be notified on the date of booking. All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are welcome but please notify the hotel on the day of booking. Family rooms are also available upon request.

Bedroom Information
As you would expect from an international brand like ‘Quality’ every bedroom has been designed with you, the customer, in mind. All the bedrooms have en-suite shower and bathroom facilities, a working desk area, free Wi - Fi internet access, modem links, colour television with a wake up call facility, select free-view channels, direct telephone, a hairdryer and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. We also offer additional hanging space and luggage rack, and every room offers a trouser press.

LOUNGE BAR - OPENING TIMES
The Bar is open from 5pm - 11pm Monday -Friday 12 noon - 11pm Saturday & Sunday.
However to the discretion of the night manager if there are 2 or less in the bar at 10.30pm, the bar may close offering a waiter service in reception at Bar prices until 11pm.

Guests at this hotel can now benefit from the nearby Health and Fitness Centre just 100m away with an all day pass for only £5.00.
