Barn House Lodge Bed & Breakfast

Quietly located on a small lane leading from the centre of Pulborough, Barn House Lodge offers comfortable and spacious rooms with great views to the South Downs over meadow land and the River Rother. From the house there is a very pleasant walk down to, and over the river or for the more energetic, we are approximately 10 minutes drive to the South Downs from where you can set off on the 'South Downs Way' in either direction which has some fantastic views of the coast and inland.

We are a couple of minute's walk from the 'Oddfellows Arms' which serves good food and about 10 minutes walk to the other pub in the village, the 'White Horse' which also has a good restaurant.

We have one Double Bedroom with an en-suite Bathroom (power Shower and Bath, and toilet) and one Twin Bedroom with access to a Bathroom (Power Shower) and Separate Toilet.

Full English Breakfast or just cereal and toast, coffee and tea, are served in the traditional dining room and is included in the price of the rooms.

Barn House Lodge is within half an hour's drive of Chichester, Arundel, Goodwood and the South Coast with its variety of beaches. There are several National Trust Houses and Gardens such as Wakehurst, Uppark, Parham and Petworth House within easy reach.

The South Downs way is nearby and for cyclists, we have a secure bike storage area. There is a lovely walk straight from the house over the Pulborough 'wildbrooks' and the local RSPB is within walking distance of the house.
