Woodacre Bed & Breakfast

Vicki and Mike, your hosts, offer you a warm and friendly welcome to their Bed and Breakfast. Woodacre is ideally placed for the seaside, the South Downs, historic Arundel, Chichester Theatre or Goodwood races.

We offer bed and breakfast in a traditional family house, with annexed accommodation for up to 10 guests. The house is set in an acre of garden surrounded by woodland.

The Accommodation
Our rooms are clean and spacious and comprise of one ensuite double room and a family room on the ground floor and one twin room and one triple room with wash hand basins on the first floor sharing two bathrooms on the ground floor.

The ensuite double room has it's own private entrance and parking space and the family room (which sleeps 4 in one double bed and 2 single beds) has patio doors opening onto the garden.

Credit cards are accepted and Woodacre is open all year round. We have wireless broadband access for our guests free of charge.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and televisions. The Ensuite Double room has a DVD player as well. Guests are welcome to make use of the lovely garden.

We are happy to accommodate children and pets. There is ample off road parking and for guests using public transport Barnham station is a 5 minute drive by taxi.

The home is very easy to find being only minutes from the A27 (the main south coast road).

All prices include a full English cooked breakfast which is served in the conservatory or dining room overlooking the garden. Other diets can be catered for.
