The Homestead has been family run by Colin and Miriam Stickley since 1978. We have our own enclosed car park free for guests use only.We have twin / family /double / single rooms, plus we have a twin bedded chalet bungalow situated rear of main house. We serve full English breakfast with veg option.Special diet by arrangement. Free wi fi, Tea / coffee tray in rooms. Ironing board / iron /hair dryer available. All rooms have free view flat screen tvs. We have a nice bright large dining room, with adjoining guest tv lounge. there is a small library for guests use. Microwave in dining room for guests use at any time, with plates and cutlery. We are well situated for many places you might like to visit such as Portsmouth historical ships and naval museum. Gun wharf quays is well worth a visit with many outlet shops and restaurants , with good parking . If you would like to visit the Isle of Wight, you can travel from Southsea on the ferry. We are well situated for Goodwood events such as Glorius Goodwood horse race week. Goodwood festival of speed. And the Goodwood motor revival. A fun day out for the whole family at Chichester golf center, includes several events for all the family. The weald and downland living museum will take you a step back in time. There is also Fontwell park horse racing events and activites. A 45 min drive away will take you to marwell zoo. For younger children a trip to Earnley butterfly / birds /beasts and other interesting creatures. There is also free parking ,cafe and shops with picnic area. We are 5min drive from Butlins holiday camp if you wish to do spend a day there.
