Grassendale House

Grassendale House is situated in a quiet location with off-road parking, just a few minutes walk to Great Malvern town centre, the shops, restaurants, two theatres and cinema and access to the Hills at St. Ann's Well.

The accommodation consists of two doubles, a twin room and a family room, all of which can be used as singles, if so required. The style is mid/late Victorian, with many Art deco clocks and figurines-the house itself used to be part of Hillstone Preparatory School, which was the 'feeder school’ for Malvern College-we still get old boys visiting to relive the best days of their life!

A guest sitting room/Library is available for your use along with access to the garden. All rooms have colour TV, access to Wifi and tea and coffee facilities.

There is a Waitrose supermarket within easy walking distance, along with Indian restaurants (4), Italians (2), fish and chips, pizza, and a wide choice of pubs that serve food. The park is close nearby with its lake (hungry ducks) and bandstand where concerts are held on Sunday afternoons in the summer.

The Priory is well worth a visit, as is the museum-further afield there is the City of Worcester, with its Cathedral, shops, racing and cricket, or the pretty market town of Ledbury and its close links to the Dymock poets

A very warm welcome awaits you at Grassendale House-we will aim to accommodate your requirements (within reason!) to a high standard. Our breakfasts have achieved a Kellogs Good Breakfast award-our smoked salmon and scrambled eggs have proved very popular.

The theatres offer a Year round programme, often hosting plays or musicals before they reach the West End
