Lower House Farm Bed & Breakfast at Kyre Equestrian

Lower House Farm offers B&B and overnight accommodation for people, horses and dogs, at very reasonable rates. This friendly family run business offers real hospitality, country comfort, cosy accommodation and hearty farmhouse cooking.

The quiet stable yard is very relaxing for our equine guests making us an ideal choice of venue for riders wishing to bring their horses along for a break. Spacious kennels are available enabling guests to bring their dogs too. Secure storage is provided for bicycles as many keen cyclists choose to stay and enjoy the local routes.

Why not come for a break and enjoy the lovely Worcestershire countryside. The superb network of bridleways ensures freedom from traffic and the Sabrina Way and Three Rivers Ride are accessible from Kyre Equestrian Centre. Facilities at the centre include indoor and outdoor schools, show jumps. Equine B&B includes the use of the arenas, a stable and a paddock.

Guest horses have their own individual and are not turned out with livery horses. Stabling includes hay and straw bedding, shavings are available on request. All of our livery horses are fully vaccinated and regularly wormed - we ask that your horses are too.

Lower House Farm has three very comfortable character bedrooms,

Room 1 is a double bedroom with en-suite

Room 2 is a twin room with en-suite

Room 3 is a twin room which has access to a shared bathroom

All rooms have tea making facilities.

There is guest sitting room where guests are welcome to sit and relax. A character tv with access to digital channels is at the guest disposal.

Wifi is available throughout the farmhouse please ask for the wifi passcode upon arrival.

There are magnificent gardens which all guests are welcome to enjoy. The guest sitting room opens right onto the garden, which is great for those nature lovers.

The local network of bridleways, public footpaths and quiet country lanes makes Lower House Farm a superb location for riders, walkers and cyclists.

Prices include a hearty Full English cooked breakfast and other tastes are also catered for. Evening meals are available by arrangement for a small additional fee.
