The beautiful 12th century castle hotel belonging to the Auersperg Family offers spacious rooms and suites, all beautifully furnished with antiques and family memorabilia from bygone years.

The castle sleeps 50 people, with an extra 35 beds for larger parties. Accommodation is divided over three floors and into suites and double rooms most of which have en suite bathrooms. Slightly off the beaten track Schloss Ernegg is a perfect place to retreat to and escape from the stresses of everyday life. Book in for a few nights, see some of the local sites, play a few rounds of golf and relax in the historic charm of a private family castle.

There are many delicious local restaurants, which we will happily recommend depending on your requirements.

The castle also lends itself perfectly for corporate events such as off site seminars, promotional events or simply entertaining.

The elegant public rooms with the large salons are very much as they were when this was a private house; large and luxuriously comfortable. There is also a bar, dining room, garden terraces and cellars around a stunning renaissance courtyard, which makes one feel as if one is stepping back in time.

Schloss Ernegg owns two golf courses, an 18 hole course in front of the castle and a 9 hole course behind the castle. Castle guests receive a 50% green fee reduction.
Set in the beautiful Mostviertel region, the landscape even by Austrian standards is spectacular, and there is a wealth of culture, wines, castles, abbeys and medieval villages to be explored and a lot of activities to be done. (Biking, hiking, walking, rafting, canyoing, climbing parks, ballooning, fishing, hunting, golfing, tennis etc.)
