Outdoors
The main attraction outdoors has to be the pool and patio areas. With the fantastic climate here you can laze by the pool sipping your favourite tipple and cool down by taking a dip! If the shade is more your thing there’s lots of secluded shady areas to escape, relax and read a good book.

Take a walk round the villa gardens which are filled with many different types of fruit trees, vines and plants. Feel free to pick a fresh and tasty piece of fruit, they taste great! If you're lucky, you may catch a glimpse of the cutest little ghekos that love to sunbathe on the rocks in the garden.

Relax in the hammock in the secret garden and watch the world go by - nowhere is out of bounds, feel free to explore and relax!

Ground Floor
On the ground floor you will take your breakfast and evening meals in our Dining Room. At night time this room is our Cabaret bar where guests can come and enjoy a few drinks and optional entertainment. If you fancy a particular nights entertainment quiz nights, darts & doms karaoke these can all be catered for.

There is also a log fire in the kitchen with dining area for the colder winter months. Also on this floor a WC.

First Floor
On the first floor we have a large communal living room with comfy settees and chairs, a log fire for the winter months and a large TV, DVD & Satellite. There is also a separate lounge & snug area for you to use to just relax and read a good book, play chess or various board games and cards. At night gaze at the moon or stars through our large telescope. The snug has its own large balcony area to sit and watch the world go by. We have a shower room and toilet on this floor also.

Top Floor
This is where you will sleep on your holidays. We have 3 spacious double bedrooms with large balconies and stunning views. Also a family room with a single and a double bed but without a balcony to keep your little ones safe. All tastefully decorated and bright. There is a large bathroom with corner bath, shower and WC for your use.

Additional Info
Please note the although the bedrooms are not en-suite as yet we only book out 2 bedrooms at any particular time. There are 2 bathrooms for guests to use. If you are in a large group and don’t mind sharing 2 bathrooms between you thats fine with us !!

Breakfast included , Meals, packed lunches and drinks available on request.

Prices only £15 per person per night. Children £8 discounts on family rooms and longer stays at managers discretion
