Bedroom 1:- Large double bedroom with original beams and exposed stone walls. En suite shower, basin and WC. There is a sofa which converts into a bed for a small child and a cot can be added thus making this into a family room for two adults & two children if required. The room is very tastefully furnished and there is a Flat Screen TV, radio alarm clock, tea & coffee making facilities, reading lamps & hairdryer.

Bedroom 2:- Double bedroom with en-suite bath, shower, basin and WC. Beamed bedroom which has been decorated in a modern and comfortable style incorporating the original features of this 200 year old farmhouse. There is a Flat Screen TV, tea & coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock, hairdryer & reading lamps.

Wifi is available throughout the B&B free of charge.

Use of owners lounge to read or watch satellite TV.

There is a flowered sheltered terrace area where breakfast can be taken weather permitting.

There is a host of tourist information provided to help you discover the other attractions that this part of the loire has to offer.

Notes on accommodation:-
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
No pets allowed.
Smoke alarms are fitted.
There is a wood burning stove for the winter months.
Pedestal fans for the summer months.
Children are very welcome and there are a host of toys & outside activities on site for their amusement.
Children's dining utensils.
Adult & children's bikes.
Chickens on site which produce lovely fresh eggs and there is a range of fresh home grown produce for our quests to enjoy during their stay.

Terrace area providing sun & shade with outdoor furniture for relaxing. A large enclosed garden for outside activities. Covered parking area.
