Aux Charmes de Carlucet
Bed & Breakfast par Excellence in the Dordogne.
Helen and Eric Edgar welcome you to their magnificent Dordogne home where you can return for peace, tranquility and comfort as you enjoy a break in one of the most beautiful and interesting parts of France.
Les Charmes de Carlucet is perfectly situated to give easy access to everything the area has to offer.
We both speak English and French.
There are four rooms available for Bed & Breakfast inside the main property. All are self-contained suites with their own bathroom facilities.
Each room has been recently refurbished and has quality linen, towelling and soft-furnishings.
All rooms enjoy the benefit of a daily maid service and are equipped with a radio/tape/CD player.
Waking up to breakfast at Les Charmes de Carlucet makes the perfect start to the day. Begin with fresh juice and a daily variety of cereals or fruits from Sarlat market. Follow this with freshly baked local breads and pastries complimented with fruit preserves, cheeses, or even meats and pâtés from the Dordogne region.
Whenever the sun shines, and it does for most of the season in Périgord, we serve breakfast in the walled garden beside the swimming pool. Otherwise, the summer terrace or our dining room make excellent alternative venues for the first meal of the day.
Les Charmes de Carlucet B&B is situated in the delightful village of Carlucet, 12km from Sarlat - a thriving market town at the heart of the Périgord-Noir.
