Situated in small hamlet with easy access to the village Cherveux , larger towns St Maixent L'Ecole and Niort and autoroute A83 junction 10.

Comfortable accommodation in recently renovated farmhouse, enclosed garden and superb swimming pool. South facing aspect so ideal garden to take the sun or even have breakfast on the patio

Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor.
Small dogs welcome but not in the bedrooms - they can remain in one area of the house

Continental style Breakfast included with fresh bread and pastries from local boulangerie and evening meal or lunch can be made available on request at reasonable rates.

Linen and towels included - swimming towels also provided. hairdryers and plenty of coat hangers. Iron and ironing board available too

Cot and highchair for younger visitors
Breakfast served or provided buffet style to allow you flexibility and perhaps a long awaited lie-in!

Ideal location to break your journey if travelling to and from South or Spain. Quiet peaceful spot - lots of walks in the area to enjoy.

For those wanting to stay in the area house hunting assistance can be given if required

Easy access from the accommodation to Futuroscope and the Atlantic beaches at La Rochelle, Il de Re

There is a lake with sandy beach, children’s playground and fishing within walking distance.

For horse riders there is an Equestrian Centre also in walking distance.
The local Chateau at Cherveux 15th Century open for visitors at weekends and it has connections to Clan Cunningham.
