La Villa 30

La villa 30 is ideally located in the heart of Lille in one of the most delightful street of the city centre: rue du plat.

The guesthouse is only 100 meters away from the pedestrian area, restaurants and movie theatres, 200 meters far from the Art Museum (Le Musée des Beaux Arts) and the tourism office, 400 meters far from the Lille Flandres station and 700 meters from Lille Europe station. The street counts many historical and colourful facades that are all more beautiful than the others but also shops and restaurants that all share authenticity.

The 30s facade is characteristic of « La Villa 30 ». The house has been built in 1930 by the architect Mr. Willoqueaux. The house is built on 5 floors that each offers lots of light and space. The householders, Fabien Saey and Jean Luc Dufrenne, both fully dedicated to their town, live at the ground and 1st floor.

The breakfasts are served in a beautiful room situated at the second floor with a fantastic view on the facades of the street. This place is also at the disposal of the guests for relaxation, reading and finding good tips to discover the town or choose a restaurant among the city maps and guidebooks at disposal.

The spacious rooms are fully equipped with internet, wifi, large lcd tv sets, cable tv, English and international channels. Each room has its own bathroom.

All the rooms are situated in the upper floors of the house with private access.
