Bed and Breakfast *** with wonderful swimming pool -17m and gorgeous panoramic view in French Riviera -2 rooms with Family Suite in a warm provençale house.
Our House is 6 kms from grasse, set on a hillside with marvellous views for miles around.

It is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and oaks, pines and olive trees, scented with thyme and is, we hope, a comfortable, restful base for this part of Provence, a corner of France that calms the soul and fills the senses. Private parking
cannes is 18 kms from here, antibes, 35 kms and some of lovely old villages, gourdon,
st paul de vence mougins Frejus – tourrettes- fayence draguignan- etc are all within an easy drive. 45 mn from Nice Airport.

We can propose you a room with a large bed and shower –wc.
In front of there is a terrace with beautiful view and a large swimming pool.
and we can propose the “ Family Suite”
with two rooms :

- One room with large bed with a terrace overlooking beautiful view and the swimming pool,
-A second room with two beds with terrace facing a garden.
Each room have a private entrance and together are separated by the bathroom.

Road
Grasse – (15 mn)
Take the D2562 towards Draguignan through Peymeinade and continue for 1 km. until garage Fiat, after Turn left onto the Avenue de Peygros after the signpost for Le Mas des Arts, and continue for just over 2 kms. The Mas is on the left, No 219.
From the motorway A8 (Avignon towards Nice) , take exit 39 towards Fayence along the St Cassian lake, then take the direction towards Grasse across the Val du Tignet, and 200 metres after the Peymeinade sign, turn right onto the Avenue de Peygros, continue for just over 2 kms and you've arrived!

From Route Napoléon ( Sisteron, Castellane, St Vallier) , after St Vallier de Thiez, towards Cabris on the right(D4)cross the village and way to speracedes, you arrive Val du Tignet, your turn on your left ( round about) way Peymeinade and 200m after the sign, turn right onto the Avenue de Peygros.
