A cosy chalet tucked in the centre of Chamonix

Chamonix Mont-Blanc (village centre). This B&B is a beautiful renovated chalet, tucked in the heart of the mountains with so much to do nearby that you will have to come back: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, climbing, golfing. Chamonix is the world capital of mountain climbing. The city is packed with climbers of all over the world in summer (July and August) and winter seasons (Dec-March).

All restaurants, shops, boutiques, ski rentals are within walking distance. Ski slopes are only 10 minutes away by bus (stop across the street) or by car. Legendary skiing resort “Les Grands Montets” (the temple of free-ride and off-piste) skiing is only 15 minutes away by car.

Cable car “Telepherique de l’Aiguille du Midi” will take you up 4000m for ultimate “Vallee Blanche” guided tours.

Copious and delicious breakfast buffet is served every morning with oven-fresh baguette, croissants, eggs and much more.

If you are traveling with small children, visit the amusement park next door or taje the kids to a tour on “Mer de Glace”, a 8 mile-long glacier accessible via small train. At night, taste local culinary specialties of melted cheese and smoked meat (raclette) and delicious blueberry pies.
