Sylvain The owner receive you in his home, the family farm built in 1860, half-timbered. 2 yards in the farm. The rooms are in the second yard on a very quiet street.

The rooms at the first floors contains shower and toilets, 2 beds per rooms (2pers & 1 pers), with views on the veg-garden and Church or on the roofs of the village.

In Winter, the Cheminée is welcoming you in the main room shared by Sylvain. In summer, on sunny days, Breafast and dinner outside on the terrasse near the veg garden.

The atmosphere is friendly, quiet and Sylvain will make the best to assure you a nice stay.

Saint Amand is located on the national Road 44 North South, Reims / Dijon to south of France, near A4 (Paris / Strasbourg) and A26 (North to South).
A lot of Guest coming from UK have a stop there on the way to Côte d'Azur, Switzerland or Italia (they are at the middle of the journey).

For the breakfast, you will taste the home made 'confiture' with fruits from the gardens of the farm and pastries from the backer.

If you decide to stay a few days, Sylvain will give you nice advices to visit cellars of Champagne, Big french companies or Champagne produces by local vignerons who will give you a special reception when you will go to visit them.

Sylvain is taking care of a buvette (a french word to design a place where some drinks are sold but in a very casual and family style. Champagne, cider, sodas or warm drinks are available.

A coupe de Chapagne on the terrasse, with a sunny weather is always a nice experience for all of the guest.
