The house is situated in a very quiet place in the north-west of the town of Lannion, with mediterranean garden, close to a footpath (GR34A) and at 300 m from the main footpath GR34 which goes round Brittany.
The bedroom is for two people and is opened from April to October.
It is a twin-bedded room with private en-suite shower and toilet.
The breakfast is served in the conservatory where you have a view to the South over the Léguer valley and our garden.
There is a private car park close to the house.
The shops are 300 m. The railway station is less than 2 miles from the house and the airport is 2 miles away.
The Pink Granite Coast (Côte de Granit Rose) is 10 minutes by car from the house.
There is easy access to the beautiful towns of Perros-Guirec Trégastel, Trébeurden, Pleumeur-Bodou by several direct roads.
The ramblers can park the car on a private parking lot near the house for a few days.
The Pink Granite Coast (la Côte de Granit Rose) is a exceptional and fantastic coastline, more than 25 km long, like a strip unfolded in the northwest in arc centred on the town of Lannion. It is one of the most interesting sites to visit in the north of Brittany.
Many other sites are worth a visit in this area, known as 'le Trégor’:
Lannion, Tréguier, Trébeurden, Trégastel, Pleumeur-Bodou, La Roche-Derrien, Pontrieux, Paimpol, the castle of 'La Roche-Jagu' and the coastal abbay of Beauport, near Paimpol .
Pleumeur-Bodou is worth the visit: old and modern history: megaliths, chapels, satellites and telecom installations. Many activities are possible: the Museum of telecommunications, the Planetarium (visit possible in English), the village gaulois (for children and adults), water sports: dinghy, catamaran, windsurfing, kayaking, horse riding, adventure park in the forest, beaches, swimming, sail, kayaking ...
