In the forest of Sologne, and 6 kms from Chambord, le Moulin de Crouy is located in the town of Crouy sur Cosson. Our holiday village offers a privileged setting in woody gardens of 14 hectares, crossed by the Cosson, a river abounding in fish, and invites you to enjoy relaxation and rest, in a family atmosphere.
We very much believe in the importance of respecting the environment and have done our best to arrange our holiday village in a way that minimizes its environmental impact as much as possible:
The old mill has been converted into a 300 mē-gite:
On the ground floor, a suite including a double bedroom, a room with twin beds and a shower-room with toilets. Next to that you will find the dining room, a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The large living-room with TV and fireplace opens onto the terrace which overlooks the Cosson, a river abounding in fish.
On the first floor, a landing leads to 4 bedrooms, customized by the owners, interior decorators, each with a double bed (there is the possibility in one room to have 2 beds of 90 cm instead), each with their own bathroom or shower-room with toilets.
The second floor, with outside stairs access, has been converted into a large attic family room, the Schooner, with a marine themed decor, a double bed, 3 single beds, a shower-room and toilets.
The maximum capacity of the gite is 17 people.
Our holiday village offers the rental of 5 cottages. Their warm architecture fits perfectly into this wooded area near the Cosson, river abounding in fish. For the safety of your children and the tranquility of the site, cars are not allowed inside the property gardens. 3 cottage sizes are available
