The Bed & Breakfast Les Hortensias has 5 rooms to welcome you all year long excepted at the Christmas period. The look, the comfort, the cleanliness of our place is our priority. 4 rooms and 1 family room are available for your stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilets.
A tray in a sharing space is available for you for coffee and tea. Lina the owner of the place will serve you a large breakfast made of home made bread, homemade jam, home made pastries from her original country, Denmark.
You will have the fresh baguette from the village's bakery and the choice of sweet or salty food for breakfast as well as fruits of the season. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are available in the morning. Free internet, lecture and TV room, baby's bed & chair available, garden, in the middle of a typical Bearn's village for a calm and relaxing stay.
You will find at disposal some guides and brochures to help you plan the visit of your day or your activities. Near our place you will be able to visit the Castle of Henri the fourth, the city of Pau, the Grottes de Betharram, the Donjon des aigles, historic monuments of the region such as castles and churches.
The city of Lourdes is 15mn from our place and on the way to the great Pyrénées mountains where you will find typical villages of the region, sport activities, national parcs, trails for walks and local food such as ham and cheese from the Pyrénées.
If you are not afraid of driving you will reach Biarritz on the coast in 1.15 hrs and Spain in 1.30 hrs.
