We have a large area to let children let off steam after being in a car all day, but with adult supervision as we are laid back off a road. There is a large parking area that can fit over 20 cars and a barn to put motor bikes in if required.
The House is over 100 yrs old and we have been told was known as a place used for the resistance during the war. We have tried to keep the farmhouse feel without trying to over modernise, but having home comforts of constant air flow in the summer and central heating in the winter.
We have two dogs that I keep separate from B&B rooms and Customers they are good dogs but understand not everyone likes dogs.
My Other 'Job' is making and painting Ceramics which I sell locally If required I hold Ceramic workshops in the mornings, which can then give you the afternoons to look around the local area. I have been teaching and working with ceramics for over 25 years and have over 5000 moulds that suits many different tastes. This work is done in the huge barn opposite the orchard, and workshops are held in summer kitchen after breakfasts are finished. Again this really needs to be booked in advance as the items need to be poured and fired to over 1070 c .
