6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for up to 15 people and a private outdoor heated swimming pool.
(Swimming pool is heated to 27°C from mid-May to mid-September.)

Situated in Calviac-en-Perigord 15 minutes to the medieval town of Sarlat, equidistant and easy access to A20 Exit55 Motorway in Souillac, close to the prehistoric Lascaux caves, fabulous jaw dropping chateaux and gardens, numerous summer markets and all that is remarkable in this most unique region of the Dordogne.

No holiday is complete without a swim, although the Dordogne river is one of the great rivers, there’s nothing quite like your own swimming pool.
It is equipped with a heat pump, so the water will be lovely and warm in May, June and September just as it is in July and August.

There’s a huge choice of activities in the area too from canoeing, tree hopping, cave and garden visits to the more extreme paragliding and hot air ballooning. All of these awaits you here in the beautiful Perigord Noir of the Dordogne.

We offer a total of 6 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms for 15 people.
There are 3 large suites with a super king bed and 2 double beds each, all suites have their own bathroom, one of the suites are composed of 2 independent bedrooms. Each suite can accommodate up to 4 people sharing.
There are also 2 double en-suite bedrooms, each room is perfect for 2 people sharing with a super king bed each.
Number of guests is limited to 15 people.

Free on site parking, WiFi access, complimentary toiletries, bed & bath linens are provided for no extra costs.

By prior arrangement, a home cooked traditional meal is available offered by our dear friend Sharon (minimum of x6 pers), featuring all the delicacies the region produces, from foie gras, walnuts, cabecou cheese, duck, beef and more.

On the property you will see our exotic Cameroon sheep freely grazing on the grounds and our friendly chickens. We are equidistant of 15 minutes to the medieval town of Sarlat and Souillac A20 Motorway Exit 55.
