Located in the heart of Florence, just twelve minutes away from the train station and Museums and only four minutes away from the airport… Access from the motorway is simple and you can arrive directly by car and free parking on the street.

In the area you can find pubs, wine cellars, good restaurants and pizzeria also at a low price.

All the rooms are very nice, quiet, large and bright. Some also have a terrace. The recently completed restoration has provided each bedroom with

Each room may be with one King-size bed or 2 twin bed, and have 3 bed, on demand.

We'll provide you a full linen bed, towel, soap and shampoo. At your arrival we will give you the keys so you are free to go and come back whenever you want. Feels like you are in your own home.

It is well connected to the historic centre by bus which arrives directly to the Central Station SMN, to the Duomo and to all the main monuments.

The Italian breakfast is composed from brioches, various biscuits, rolls, butter, jam, honey, chocolate, tea or coffee, milk, yoghurt, muesli, fruit juices, fruit.

We accept the arrivals from h. 7.30 a.m to 8.00 p.m. only by appointment, because we are not always in the B&B.

Being this a private apartment managed by owners, it is important that the guest communicates the time of arrival in the booking.

To arrive at the B&B without having advised about time of arrival can cause long waitings.
