In a small ancient country town we offer to our guests the true feeling of B&B; above all you can live, even if for one day and one night only, at home.

The big country home has been restored maintaining the typical character of this land. Chestnut wood for the floors and the ceilings, majolica stoves, a big fireplace, in short a Country Home.

Without forgetting a little touch of technology: Internet connection for our guests, a music room with the maxi screen as well as a very well provided games room.

You can reach in one hour driving the following sites: the Abetone, Cimone and Cimoncino mountains, the Ferrari Museum, the Ninpha Lake, the Wolf Valic, the Olina Bridge, Sestola, Modena, Bologna .. and many others.

Or, if you prefer, you can walk under the trees in the forest, relax yourselves, to stay in front of the fireplace enjoying a good glass of sparkling wine, looking for mushrooms, chestnuts and flowers.

If you want you can help us in the kitchen preparing cheese and jams, cooking bread and cakes or you can enjoy the gardening.

Near us you can find swimming pool, Golf club, Tennis club and you can enjoying yourselves looking the 'Ruzzolone' typical game of this land.

The mountain resort enjoys a unique geographic location and is easily reachable from both cities (Modena and Bologna). The modern little towns near us (Sestola, Fiumalbo, Montecreto) are a well-known mountain resort both in summer and in winter. It is not far from the main towns of Emilia Romagna, which can be reached within one hour drive.
