The Bed and Breakfast 'Il Quinto Moro' is located in Arbus, one of the numerous villages scattered on the hillsides of the Campidano plain, running between the South-Western Sardinian cities of Oristano and Cagliari, facing the Arcuentu mountains, with easy access to the mining relics of Ingurtosu and Montevecchio and to the spectacular Costa Verde, which runs for 47 Km from the cape of Capo Frasca, touches the dramatic landscape of Pistis, the vast beach and tourist village of Torre dei Corsari, the second highest dunes in Europe, Piscinas and ends in the picturesque cliffs of Capo Pecora.

The territory of Arbus is comparably among the vastest in the whole of Sardinia, certainly the vastest in the South, and boasts wild mountains where deer and wild boar roam freely and classify as a must for hiking, trekking, climbing and mountain biking lovers.

The refurbishment and guided tours of mining villages, tunnels and wells, some of which built as far back as 1700, have happily blended with the area's long standing culture of wine and food.

The house has been built following the architectural traditions typical of the Campidano area and is tastefully furnished following the Sardinian style, functional nevertheless: terracotta tiles, wooden beams, windows, doors and furniture, stylishly coordinated to ceramic accessories and cast iron features, all crafted by the capable hands of local artisans.

Communal areas include a belvedere terrace, a spacious dining room with fire place and a raised wooden lounge with home theatre, internet point and library, easily employable as meeting room.

The library is well stocked with local authors such as Grazia Deledda, Giuseppe Dessi, Antonio Gramsci, Giovanni Lilliu and many others; magazines, tourist guides and a lot of space to relax.

Breakfast can be served either in the dining area or out in the terrace, with stunning views of the pine forest; embroidered table clothing and handcrafted crockery beautifully present simple dishes made of genuine ingredients which will gift you of an unforgettable culinary experience.
