B&B Venice Ca' delle Acque
Ca' delle Acque is a pretty bed & breakfast located a stone's throw from St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The youthful, dynamic atmosphere, warm hospitality and pleasant, informal surroundings at the Ca' delle Acque make it the ideal place for an enjoyable, romantic holiday in the most beautiful city in the world.
The staff of Ca' delle Acque is completely at your disposal so that you may have the most pleasant stay at our B&B in Venice, where you may choose your preference among the comfortable double rooms with private baths each on a different floor, a unique feature in Venice.
On arrival, you will receive a very useful city map and numerous useful suggestions on places, restaurants, exhibitions and shows worth seeing. All our guests can enjoy a free guided tour around one of the famous glass factories on the Island of Murano.
Ca' delle Acque is a welcoming, very centrally and conveniently located bed and breakfast in Venice.
The most interesting and well known tourist spots are just a short walk from the Ca' delle Acque although you will enjoy walking through the calles and campiellos with no particular set destination, discovering the old shops belonging to craftsmen which are not always found along the routes indicated in guide books, or some magnificent corner of the city which definitely deserves to be photographed.
Our guests will be able to explore Venice, starting out from the very heart of the city: to start with, we recommend you go to the Rialto, the thriving centre of Venice which crosses over the Grand Canal, the longest, widest and deepest in the city. One of the most enjoyable moments of your trip will be spent admiring the Grand Canal, Venice's main artery and buzzing with life. Furthermore, on either side of the Rialto Bridge, you will find the fruit and vegetable and fish market and some typical Venetian shops offering a glimpse of everyday life there.
St Mark's Square is undoubtedly a must, and can be reached by following the directions: stepping out of the Ca' delle Acque, you will find yourself in St Mark's Square in a matter of minutes. A real open air museum with spectacular works of art, such as the magnificent St Mark's Basilica, a Byzantine work of art which the Venetians have enriched down through the centuries with art work, artefacts and valuable material imported from distant lands.
To round off, we recommend you don't miss a romantic trip on a gondola, preferably at sunset, along the city's canals. The trip can be booked just outside the Inn. This trip will undoubtedly be one which sticks in your mind forever.
