Family owned Bed And Breakfast located in Santa Maria a Monte, a medieval village in the countryside within easy reach of Pisa in the heart of Tuscany. Two spacious and comfortable guest rooms with king size beds and one apartment with bedroom and kitchen/living room.

All the accommodations come with private bathroom. Every morning the breakfast is prepared using only local and seasonal food, served with the best cappuccino or espresso coffee.

The Bed And Breakfast is a completely renovated two floors house that combines elegance, tradition and modernity. In the shared areas our guests could relax in a softly lighted reading and relaxing room, in a luminous living room or outside in the garden.

Complementary Wi-Fi high speed Internet connection is available in all the accommodations. The Bed and Breakfast offers guests a sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere whether travelling around Tuscany for business or pleasure.

In all the Bed and Breakfast accommodations we will provide fresh towels, hair-dryer and soap for the maximum comfort of our guests. All the rooms are refreshed daily. If needed is possible to add additional single beds for children in the rooms. The apartment could host up to four people.

The Bed And Breakfast is ideally located in the countryside of Tuscany, in the historical and medieval village of Santa Maria a Monte. A good road network easily connects the main cities of Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Livorno and Siena.
