B&B Villa Lavanda Noci near Alberobello

Villa Lavanda offers you a first class sojourn in a quiet area at 8.6 km. from Noci. In the evening you can listen to the owls and small bats that are hunting and see how beautiful the starry sky is here in Apulia. During the day you can see the lizards sunbathing and if you get up early, you can encounter the fox with her cubs. They live in the woods around the ancient mill. There also lives Hoopoe there that you hear often calling and occasionally have the pleasure to see it foraging around Villa Lavanda.

Villa Lavanda and the rooms are beautifully decorated with attention to detail and lots of original art and all guestrooms have the private use of a bathroom. There is airco and for whom this would rather has, a fan. The guest rooms are on the first floor and are accessed via a wide staircase. Included are free bed- and bath linen and daily cleaning of the room and bathroom.

A cosy guest lounge with TV, fridge/bar, tourist information, free coffee- and tea.

Guest dinners can be booked as well as cooking workshop with following lunch or dinner. Also tin punching workshops available on request. Dinners and breakfast can also be vegetarian.

The Villa is surrounded by three porches where you can laze and sunbathe with a view of the beautiful gardens. On the covered porch our extensive and varied breakfast (included) is usually served.

Due to its central location, Villa Lavanda is an excellent base for exploring both the Ionian coast (23 km.) and the Adriatic coast (37 km.) and a large part of Apulia. Alberobello at 17 km. and Matera in Basilicata just 45 minutes away. To the airport you drive in 50 minutes and to the Autostrada in 15 minutes. A route to and from the airport is available in Dutch and English and soon also in Italian.

The owners are Dutch living in Apulia since 1997 and speak also English , Italian, German and basic French and will be happy to tell you about this unique region with its Trulli and dry stone walls. They also have a handy information folder created in Dutch and in English with the most beautiful places, the best beaches and the best restaurants and the routes to it .

There are 4 bikes for hire and there are several hiking and biking routes.

Included is also the use of robes and slippers and a blow dryer as well as using a handy basket with picnic requisites and a plaid and beach towels.

We have dogs and cats (outside) so it is difficult to bring other pets to Villa Lavanda.

Villa Lavanda is smokefree, but you can smoke on the veranda's as long as it does not hinder other guests
